Olivia and Rob’s Warrenwood Manor Wedding by Los Angeles Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
I cried before I got to the wedding, and then I cried every time Olivia looked at me. I cried when Olivia’s Mom looked at me. I cried during the first look. I cried during the ceremony. I was basically one large tear the whole day.
Olivia is like my kid sister. I met her a couple of years ago through a friend, and she second shot a couple of times for me. She’s one of the sweetest, kindest people I’ve ever met, and Rob is just a sweet angel. So basically they’re both perfect and it makes me want to throw up a little bit they’re so cute.
A friend asked me the other day what has been my favorite wedding I’ve ever shot, and the answer is this one. I hadn’t even really looked through the photos yet, and had only edited some for social media at the time. I know I get to travel to cool places for weddings, and I get to see all of these beautiful landscapes, but photographing one of the most important days of someones life, especially if I’m close with them, tops all of that. Nothing will ever compare to being able to shoot for two people that I just love to pieces.
Olivia, I miss knowing you’re so close to me. But I’m so happy that I have another excuse to come to California and hang out. I’m also so excited for you both in this new life you’re building with one another. You all deserve all the happiness in the world.
Venue: Warrenwood Manor, which is basically one of the best venues around.
