Hayley and Josh’s Red River Gorge Wedding Portraits by Lexington Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
If you didn’t know, I prefer to shoot sessions at sunrise. Yes, that means you have to get up at 4AM or earlier, but the light is so so worth it. Even if it is 37 Degrees.
Hayley and Josh’s bridal portraits were no exception. I’m just glad (and lucky) they were willing to wake up that early and then make the hour-hour and a half drive out to the Gorge, and then hike in the freezing cold in their wedding attire. They handled it like pros, and they have always been willing to do anything I’ve asked of them. Hayley was even up for getting her dress in the water if it was going to warm up any (unfortunately it didn’t).
I’m also going to use this post to remind you that you have until Midnight on Friday to cash in on the Black Friday deal. It’s $300 off any wedding collection, and I haven’t decided if I’ll be giving any other discounts anytime soon.
P.S. Their wedding was recently featured on Junebug Weddings. You can view that here.
