Kendall and Lee’s Speakeasy Elopement by Los Angeles Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
When I first posted photos from Kendall and Lee’s elopement, I mentioned that Kendall is one of my oldest friends. We met in our first or second semester in college (it’s been awhile, I don’t remember) in Spanish 101. We ended up sitting next to one another the first day and then after adding one another to facebook discovered we had a couple of mutual friends. Needless to say we both ended up having to retake Spanish 101 and we never had another class together after that.
We’ve seen one another through breakups and makeups, wild nights and hangovers, adventures and lazy Sundays, and everything in between. I wouldn’t be the person I am without knowing Kendall. She taught me how to be more spontaneous and how to have more fun. It should be pretty clear through the photos that she’s an absolute gem of a person (so is Lee and everyone else in their family) and I could not be more thankful to have her in my life.
I am filled with so much joy that she met Lee and that he truly gets her. He lets her do what she needs to do, whether it’s going out an exit door to ‘just see’ whats there or countless other silly things she may do. I can’t wait to watch their love grow and flourish and I definitely can’t wait to spend time with them throughout Europe since they live in the UK now.
Here’s to more love and many more adventures.
