Malibu Pier Engagement Session by Los Angeles Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
I’m finally caught up enough with my work that I feel like I can start throwing blog posts together again, at least until the fall season hits, which is this weekend. This was probably one of my favorite sessions of the summer, and it really helped that I got to shoot with two of my really good friends Jillian and Tara. My trip to Los Angeles as a whole this year was definitely amazing. I really do need to start getting out there a bit more, and maybe FINALLY move there eventually. I’ve been saying since 2012 that I wanted to live there and I just haven’t made it happen yet.
Anyways, this was my first time to the Malibu Pier, and I wasn’t disappointed. It wasn’t overly crowded and the beaches nearby are beautiful. Malibu is one of my favorite places in LA, mainly because there aren’t a ton of people there, and it’s just beautiful. I literally have nothing bad to say about it. If these photos don’t convince you that you need to visit, I don’t know what will.
