Shannon and Peters Limestone Hall Wedding by Los Angeles Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
This blog post is going to be different in a lot of ways.
1. We did most of their portraits after the wedding (you can see those here.) so there aren’t a lot of those types of images in this post.
2. All of the images are in b&w except for one single image, and I’ll let you find that. You’ll understand why I left one in color when you see it.
3. I’m pretty sure this was the first (maybe the second) wedding to ever be held at Limestone Hall. They’ve done a great job at renovating the old courthouse in Lexington, and I can’t wait to see all of the weddings/events that are going to be held in this space.
I’ve never done a full b&w post before, and so this is my little experiment to see how it goes. If I’ve never been hired by you, then you should know that when I deliver images I give the color and the b&w from all the edited images. A lot of photographers don’t do this, but I believe it’s important. It saves me time from changing things afterwards if someone wants a certain photo in color or b&w, and it gives my clients a variety to pick from when they go to print their photos.
Shannon and Peters wedding was filled with so many laughs and good times that it’s really hard to put into words how great of a wedding it was. From their bridal party and family to all of the rest of their friends that were in attendance it was really clear how loved these two are, and I’m so thankful I was there to experience it.
