Lindsey and Matt’s Washington DC session by Destination Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
If you know Lindsey or I personally, you know that we are basically the same person. The only difference is that she is way more extroverted than I am. Actually, she’s on the exact opposite of that spectrum at 80% extroverted, and I’m 82% introverted. We didn’t “know” one another until last fall, but we’ve grown up liking and doing almost the same things, and our birthdays are only 9 days apart from one another. I’ve asked my parents multiple times if I had a twin that I needed to know about. We finally decided that we must have been sisters in a past life, but I’m salty that it took 28 years for us to find one another.
This was my first time in DC and I loved every second of it. I love history and art so it would seriously be the perfect place for me to live if it wasn’t for how hot it was. I’m excited to get back out there sometime soon so that I can have more time to run around and soak in the art.
I also have a quick little announcement to make. Lindsey, Kamra, Jaki, and I will be heading out to Ireland in November. We would LOVE to photograph some love there, so if anyone is considering eloping and would like to join, or just a couple that wants to come with and have their photo taken all over the place we would totally be down with that. Dates are November 1-8 with a 23 hour layover in London on the way back. If you’re interested send me an email and we can work out everything!
