Allison & Cody’s Paris Portrait Session by Destination Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
I think I mentioned in my main Europe blog post that Paris has been THE city I’ve always wanted to visit. It was the main place I wanted to go on the trip, and it was a great ending to such a good trip. I’m going to be honest and say that since finding out that one of my close friends had an accident and passed away the morning we were flying to Paris I’ve had a hard time enjoying that part of the trip since coming home. It’s been a hard adjustment and it took me a little over a month to even be able to look at these photos.
I am happy that I waited, because I feel like going back through them while I’ve been in a better head space has made me love that part of the trip again. I’ve known these two for a couple of years and I’ve loved watching their business flourish and grow (Cody & Allison). If you’re a photographer you should definitely look into mentoring with them both, because they’ve already helped me so much as it is.
I’m glad that our trips lined up so that we were all able to hang out together. We literally just walked around their airbnb for about 30 minutes and talked about tacos and took some photos. It was a great little shoot during vacation and I’m super happy it all worked out.
