Paige and Brandon’s Ashford Acres Inn Styled Shoot by Los Angeles Wedding Photographer Brandi Potter
I drive a lot, and I mean a lot. I was so freaking excited when I saw that a new venue was opening up nearby that I immediately emailed them to see if I could shoot there. Seriously though, this place is only 20 minutes from my house, which is so much better than driving an hour or two to get home from a wedding. So, book them and book me and you’ll have one really really happy photographer at the end of the night.
Shooting there was amazing as well. It’s such a beautiful space and it matched so well with our theme and all of our details. It even matched Paige’s dress. Paige, btw made the dress, which shouldn’t be surprising if you had the chance to see the wedding dress she made (you can see that here). We wanted to put together a different type of wedding shoot, because I would love if my brides would do the whole unconventional thing. I ended up finding most of the decor at Marshalls after Christmas and had the flowers and the cake (just the cake, not the cupcakes) made from two of my favorite vendors. Paige and Brandon brought the lace, some candle sticks, and some other odds and ends. Everything pulled together better than I ever expected.
I would also like to take the time to announce that my prices will be going up in March. If you’re shopping around for a photographer for a 2017 or 2018 wedding now’s the time to book me at my current pricing. You can email me directly from the Pricing Guide and even select what options you’re interested in, so if you’re interested use that to your advantage, and quick.
